Driver’s License: All renters must present a valid driver’s license at the time of rental.
Age Restrictions: Renters must be at least 21 years old. Renters under 25 may incur an additional fee.
Payment Method: A valid credit card in the renter’s name is required for the security deposit and rental payment.

Minimum Rental Duration: The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
Late Returns: Late returns will be charged at an hourly rate up to the cost of an additional day’s rental.
Early Returns: No refunds will be provided for early returns.

Permitted Use: The rented vehicle may only be used for lawful purposes. Off-road driving, racing, and towing are strictly prohibited.
Mileage Limit: Daily rental rates include a set mileage allowance. Additional miles will be charged at a specified rate per mile.
Fuel Policy: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental. Fuel charges apply for any shortfall.

Insurance Coverage: Basic insurance is included in the rental price. Additional coverage options are available and recommended.
Damage and Accidents: Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. In case of an accident, renters must notify the company and the local authorities immediately.
Theft Protection: Renters are responsible for securing the vehicle and preventing theft. Additional theft protection coverage is available.

Rental Charges: Full payment is required at the time of rental. Additional charges may apply for optional services and coverage.
Security Deposit: A security deposit is required at the start of the rental. This deposit will be refunded upon safe return of the vehicle, minus any additional charges or damages.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be refunded in full. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a penalty fee.

Authorization: Additional drivers must be listed on the rental agreement and meet all rental requirements.
Fees: An additional driver fee may apply.

Routine Maintenance: Renters are responsible for routine checks (e.g., oil, water, tire pressure) during the rental period.
Repairs: Unauthorized repairs are not permitted. Any issues with the vehicle should be reported to the rental company immediately.

Traffic Violations: Renters are responsible for all fines, penalties, and legal costs resulting from traffic violations or other breaches of the law during the rental period.
Toll Charges: Any toll charges incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.

Condition: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear.
Inspection: The vehicle will be inspected upon return. Additional charges may apply for any damage or excessive wear.

Personal Information: We collect and use personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. Your data will be used solely for rental-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
